Customer Sales Representative
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven customer service representative with high volume calls experience. In this pivotal role, you’ll interface with our customers to close their orders. You will interface with the warehouse and logistic teams in last mile product delivery. This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Customer Relations: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Prompt Responses: Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various channels, including WhatsApp, email, and social media comments.
Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Team Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Feedback Provision: Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
High Call Volume: Handle up to 100 calls per day between clients and agents.
Compensation:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 2-3 years of experience in sales or a high volume customer service role.
- Qualification: Minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data management, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: N150,000 – N410,000 (including commissions).
- Base Compensation: N150,000 monthly.
- Commissions: N150 per successful closed order, with a minimum expectation of closing 1,500 orders per month. Commissions are subject to management review
- Remote working
Work Schedule:
Days: Mondays to Fridays (8am – 5 pm), with Saturday being a half-day (8am-12noon).
